It is up to you and the seller to make those arrangements. After you purchase the machine, send the seller your machine settings to have it adjusted. If you would prefer that we adjust it for you we would be happy to do that. You can add our $49 (within the US, $79 outside the US) adjustment service to your cart at the time of checkout or purchase it later. You then need to instruct the seller to ship the machine directly to our servicing office: CPAP Deals, 1324 Andover Ct, Oklahoma City, OK 73120.
